Not too long ago, I picked up my first-ever pair of Golden Goose sneakers (you might remember seeing them in a recent post), and got tons of questions from you guys ever since. So many that I thought it was time for a full review! Where did you purchase them?
Cettire had them on sale and I jumped on it right away!
Placed my order on the 28th of April and they were shipped to me by April 30th, so the shipping was super fast which was a major plus
How much do they run?
When I grabbed my pair in April, I paid just under $390, but their full price is around $514.

How is the fit?
I’d say they fit true to size, based on my pair.
They haven’t stretched much, so if you’re between sizes, I’d go men luxury sneakers up
Is the comfort worth it?
They felt good right away. No-show socks help with the break-in period, especially since they help with airflow. They’re made with real Italian leather, so it’s much more pleasant than breaking in plastic-based shoes. Bonus, they’re already softened so your feet just slide in.
Do they hold up well?
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. The laces are intact, and the leather hasn’t stretched. Since the aesthetic is distressed, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
Do they feel better than other shoes?
These are the best sneakers I own. I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is custom-feeling. And the glitter on mine? Absolutely gorgeous.
Are they worth it?
Yes! But I’d recommend waiting for a sale. They’re not cheap, so getting them on sale is a better idea. They’re worth the investment, especially if you find a style that suits you. I went bold with sparkle, but a minimalist version would also be smart.
